I serve as general counsel for a variety of small to mid-sized business owners providing solutions for a wide range of legal issues. Over my 20+ years as a practicing attorney, I have established a highly diversified practice which is unique in today’s legal profession. I possess invaluable insight that provides value-driven business solutions by effectively handling both business transaction law and business litigation. Not many attorneys practice in both areas, leaving the typical business transaction lawyer less likely to understand what contract or transaction will avoid litigation and actually hold up in a court of law.
